We're over-the-top picky about our staff.
We only hire professional, experienced caretakers or educators who have been extensively screened by us and have passed a nation-wide background check. Our caregivers are CPR and first-aid certified. And, don't worry—we're fully insured and bonded. We know how to keep kids safe and entertained.
Fun, caring caregivers.
Our staff is trained in all things kids…4 square, freeze dance, musical chairs, and arts & crafts. We’re on the floor playing Barbies. We love Wii bowling tournaments and we happily roll up our sleeves for arts and crafts of all kinds. From building blocks to building forts, we know how to play!
We have "baby whisperers".
Will you be leaving your precious baby with us? Don’t worry! We have experienced “baby whisperers” who are all mom’s themselves; they know how to sooth and take care of your baby. Upon registration, new parents will fill out an infant care sheet which includes baby’s feeding and sleeping schedule, and all pertinent information needed to give the best care. Your baby whisperer will discuss your care sheet and will answer all of your questions. Our caregiver to infant ratio of 1:2 during events gives us plenty of time to play peek-a-boo and patty cake.
Do you have a child with special needs? No problem.
Our staff includes paraeducators with training in autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy and other special needs. Contact us directly or let your event contact person know who will be sharing information with us regarding your child. We will call you and discuss how to make your child’s time with us fun, safe and stress free.
